If we ponder as to the root cause of all the problems and ills of the society, it would be evident
that Chittavritti (proclivity of mind) alone is the root cause. This means that it is the business
transaction of the mind. If this business is conducive to the promotion of 'Satva guna" it will be
useful for the progress of the society.
One should move away from the defects of slothfulness,
procrastination, pessimistic timidity, tardiness in any field of activity one chooses. Sage Patanjall
said that the restraint of 'Chitta Vritti' could be obtained through constant practice of yoga,
which is carried on in the Trust .
